Marina Kanno

Marina Kanno is a Japanese ballet artist with a long-standing career in European classical ballet. Born in Fujisawa, Japan, she trained at the Kimura-Kimika Ballet School in Yokohama and later at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg. She joined the Vienna State Ballet in 2005 and became a member of Staatsballett Berlin in 2007, where she has held the rank of demi-soloist since 2010.
