About

Valentin Chetverkin is a Russian hand-balance artist, acrobatic gymnast, and performer whose work is built on strength, control, flexibility, balance, and precision. Born in 1996, he began gymnastics at the age of six and acrobatics at the age of eight in Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

His competitive background includes international acrobatic gymnastics. He made his senior international debut for Russia at the 2011 European Championships in Varna, Bulgaria. His early training at Stary Gorodok Youth Sports School and his work with coach Vladimir Gurgenidze gave him a foundation in acrobatic technique, discipline, and formal competitive performance. Valentin's practice has since developed into hand-balancing and contemporary circus performance. His work focuses on advanced handstand technique, sculptural body shapes, transitions, stillness, and controlled physical architecture. Through hand balance, he transforms acrobatic discipline into visual performance, creating images of strength, suspension, flexibility, and precision.

His work is suited to circus, live events, luxury activations, fashion shoots, editorial movement, commercial campaigns, theatre, stage productions, and projects requiring extreme physical control and striking visual form. His work translates acrobatic training into a contemporary performance identity built around balance, body architecture, strength, and refined physical control.
